When will I see my design?

Each of our artists do their homework differently, some will have designs available a day or two in advance and others have designs available on the day – your tattooist will let you know when to expect your design.

If at the time of booking you were required to send us reference material please make sure we have it 7 days before your tattoo appointment.

What should I wear?

Please wear something comfortable and appropriate (clothing may get ink on it so don’t wear anything new) that allows your tattooist to access the area being tattooed.

Feel free to bring shorts or a vest to change in too.

Can I bring someone in with me?

Due to health and safety we only allow the client in to the tattooing area. If for health reasons you require someone to come along with you please let us know in advance of your appointment.

Pre tattoo advice:

Please make sure you are hydrated, do not drink alcohol the night before or the day of your tattoo appointment. Arrive for your appointment having eaten something healthy and filling.

What about aftercare?

We stock aftercare packs filled with everything you need to look after your shiny new tattoo and your artist will provide you with full instructions on the day.

How can I pay for my tattoo appointment?

Although deposits may be paid by card, the balance of your tattoo must be paid in cash or our gift vouchers on the day.

What if I want to change my design or the placement of my tattoo?

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice of any changes to your chosen tattoo (design/size/placement). We may have to reschedule your appointment if we do not know about these changes in enough time, this also may result in the loss of your deposit.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment? 

We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your tattoo appointment – failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

We require 7 days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your full day tattoo appointment – failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

All deposits are refunded in Gift Vouchers which are valid for 1 year.

At the discretion of the tattooists we operate a three strike system to prevent repeated last minute rescheduling/cancellation.
